This disclaimer may be displayed independently in the App Store description, within the "About" section of the App, or alongside market data. It carries the same legal effect as the Walleaf Terms of Service.

1. Not Investment Advice

Walleaf is not licensed as a financial advisor, broker, bank, or trading platform. We do not provide securities analysis, stock recommendations, buy/sell advice, or asset allocation guidance. All numbers, charts, ratios, and trends shown in the App are for personal bookkeeping and information management only. They do not constitute investment offers, solicitations, or guarantees of profit.

Any investment decisions are solely your responsibility, and you assume all risks and outcomes.

2. Quotes, Exchange Rates, and Market Data

Displayed stock prices and exchange rates may not be real-time. They may be delayed by minutes, hours, or longer, and may represent intraday values, closing prices, prior-day data, or cached results. Data is sourced from third-party providers and processed by our backend, and may contain errors, omissions, duplicates, or conversion inaccuracies. Displayed values may differ from broker apps, exchanges, banks, or professional terminals. Walleaf quotes should not be used as the sole or primary basis for trading, subscriptions, redemptions, tax filings, or legal documentation.

3. Profit/Loss and Asset Calculations

Unrealized and realized gains are calculated based on your input costs, transactions, and App algorithms. They may not fully reflect fees, taxes, dividends, financing interest, or corporate actions. Multi-currency conversions use backend or App exchange rates, which may differ from actual bank rates. Historical trend points may be supplemented with closing prices or demo-mode simulations, and do not guarantee past performance. Users should verify calculations against their actual records.

4. User Input and Imports

Manual entries, CSV/JSON imports, or AI-assisted imports may contain errors. Please verify imported data. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect input, duplicate imports, backup restoration errors, or user mistakes. If you provide account screenshots or data to third-party AI services for import assistance, their data handling is governed by their own policies, not Walleaf.

5. Tax and Legal Matters

Walleaf does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice. Numbers exported from the App cannot replace professional guidance or official filings required by authorities.
